Hello hello! As an author, I keep hearing about the importance of having an author newsletter. This seemed odd, since I never cared for newsletters myself. I'd subscribe thinking they'd interest me, they'd show up amidst a wash of other emails, I'd tell myself I'd read them later when I had more time, and then they'd sit. For days. Weeks. Months. Until eventually I realized, even if I did read them, whatever information they contained would likely be outdated. That release date that one...
